metrolpad + sleeve?

I have a Macally metrolpad on my iPad and absolutely love it, but it is now too "big" with the case on it to fit in the sleeve I ordered. Does anyone have any recommendations for a sleeve or something similar that would snugly fit the iPad with the case on it?

As for the metrolpad, I was a little nervous about how "slippery" the glass and the aluminum felt, but the case has handled that. The little rubber lip around the edge gives just enough of a grip. I'm definitely not taking this off.

I use an iluv flexi-dot TPU case that I bought from CIMO, and I ordered the STM jacket as well. It fits in there pretty well with a little bit of room so I'm pretty sure that macally case will fit just fine.
