Can I store pdf attachments in my ipad and use them with my webmail? Any advice is much appreciated.

With webmail I think that's going to be a problem/impossible because the Safari browser doesn't have the ability to upload files to a web site, which is what - if I understand you correctly - would be needed here. If you were using the iPad's native Mail app, you could do this by using a third party app, such as GoodReader - but, again, not using web mail.

Maybe other Members will have a workaround for this?
