Microsoft Works Function

I I'm new to the Apple family having just acquired an iPad. Does anyone know of any apps that give function similar to the Microsoft products; Word, Excel, and a
Power Point

Apple apps Pages, Numbers and Keynote, in that order.

There are also a multitude of third party apps that provide similar functions, and several suites that combine various combinations of these as well. Personally, I've tried a number of them and the Apple apps provide the best user experience as far as appearance, options and general usability. And no, I don't have any Apple stock!
