I am a new user of an iPad and am having problems in understanding how to use its many functions. I am a member of a wrinklies club ( an OAP) and do not possess a large working part of the grey matter (brain) so I am hoping that by joining the Forum I will be able to get assistance in solving the problems I am encountering.
I do not want to waste people's precious time so is there a correct to request advice from the Forum?

Dear Mike Court,
Everyone who is here, reading and answering questions, does "waste his time" absolutely voluntarily!
Now, you may search the forum (there is a search funktion) for your specific problems or you "read through" the different themes... Before posting a question you should have searched if the matter has been discussed before, as there have been a lot of solutions already found for problems encountered - on the other hand nobody will get angry with you if you post a question which had been asked before...
