Mirror IPAD 1 to TV on 5.0.1???

I know this may be a stupid, repeated question...but I do presentations from my IPAD1 hooking it up to a tv or computer monitor via the adaptor....

However, it will only play netflix movies or sound on the tv....

How can I get my "Goodreader" files to play on a tv or computer monitor? It seems like I have to jail break the IPAD 1 to get it to do it but now with the 5.0.1 the cydia isnt compatible?

I am quite confused. Cydia and the jailbreak works great on iOS 5.
I can't help you with good reader though. But to mirror everything you see on your iPad 1 on your tv, you have to jailbreak.
