Model numbers

Hi everyone,

I am a newbie so please shout if this is a stupid question.

I am looking to purchase a 32gb ipad mini (non retina). Many of those for sale on UK ebay have model number MD 529, but there are also plenty of MD 532, 541, 545. What do these numbers mean? Do the higher numbers mean later manufacture dates? Is the specification the same?

They are the different memory configuration and also wifi cellular Plus color.
