Modem cable for ipad2

Hello All,
I'm new and I apologize for my ignorance.. I just bought an Ipad2 WiFi and am traveling to China where the hotel I'm staying at only provides Internet connection through hard-wired, and not wireless. Is there any modem cable I can buy for Ipad2 so I can still surf the Internet? Thank you!

I don't believe that's possible. Doesn't china offer free wifi anyway.
