hi im a real noob with ipad2. is there a way to download torrents , like movie torrents and watch them at ipad?

Well, I'm not going to go into the downloading of movie torrents because that is not kosher convo, but there are several apps that allow you to watch various video formats on the iPad. The most popular seems to be OPlayer.
