Movie/Video Cover Art in ipad?

Hello there, how to change the cover in movie like we change album art in music? In video environment, I have a few movie but did not show the cover of the movie. How to change that? Any idea?

I did it in Itunes before I synced it.

and yes, iTunes is the only way. Goes for iBooks PDFs as well.
