Movies don't run without flash plugin

When I download movies they can't run without a Flash plugin and this can't be downloaded.
I am told that Iswifter could be used but I can do this also. I am newbie. Please help

There are apps that will run flash in a manner, like iSwifter but check out this post as it will give you all the info that you require
