Moving around all tasks of that day at once app? :-)

Hey there

I'm looking for an app to help me in my studies. The thing I'm looking for in an app where I can set up tasks with time and alarm, and the if something comes up I can put it into the app and the all the other appointments that current day will move to a later time! Is that possible to get? I've been looking a lot but can't seem to find an app like that
