Is there a music player available for a jailbroken iPad that will
(a) allow me to play MP3s from an attached USB hard drive, and
(b) allow me to rate the songs as I listen (i.e. it will write the rating back into the MP3 song tag on that drive)

p.s. -- this kind of picks up from my old thread at http://www.ipadforums.net/portable-wifi-drives/110095-external-ipad-storage-music.html but I've realized the best chance at a good iPad solution would probably involve jailbreaking, so I figured it made sense to post a more specific question here.
