My Client Did Not See My Message From Ipad

Hello!

I have a client and I used to communicate with him via email.He sends me quick reply from his Ipad.But Recently I gave him message several times and did not get his reply.Yesterday he loged in to his email via computer and informed me that he did not see my emails from his ipad and hence the delay of his late reply.

Can anyone say that why did it occur? And have you experienced with it ever?
