Nbc live extra app wont load video??

I've just downloaded the nbc live extra app for the olympics. I do have a comcast account and have signed in with my credentials. But, once I select a video to watch from the live broadcasts it never loads. The icon keeps rotating on the screen as if it is about to load the video but it never comes through. Has anyone had this issue and if so know how to fix it????

You are not alone. I have the exact same situation. I set it up and have no problem getting into the site, but I get audio only. Here are the three suggestions I've received from my cable company: download latest version of Flash; refresh the page after selecting the live event you want to see; install the Microsoft Silverlight plugin. None of this worked for me, but maybe it will for you. Good luck...
