NEED GOOD INSTRUCTIONS for PHOTO MANAGER PRO

i need good step by step information on how to do PHOTO MANAGER PRO app.

Any advice or info will help. i just want to put 4 headshot photos on the ipad 2 page

i'm New to this stuff , can't figure it out.. thank you
