Need help please for my ipad 2

I have upload a paid app bt no money on my account,now i could not update any app even upload a free app,cuz always it ask me to change payment method bt i cant change i try to delete the app but is still not working....
Any body there to advice....

Hi and welcome to the Forum!

Give this a try....go to Settings - App Store and press on your ID, then View Apple ID, you will need to input your password here. Then select your payment info, do you see a None option here? Select None and see if this works for you.
