Need help with ebook reader for medicl books

Hi,
I am new to iPad and I have an iPad 2.i am a doctor and I used to read medical ebooks on my laptop using PDF format and isilo reader.can the same books be used to read on iPad and if so, which ebook reader should I have installed on my iPad?

iBooks works fine for PDFs, though there are many options for PDF files.

There is an isilo reader in the app store.
