Can anyone help me on finding free apps wherein I can download YouTube videos, and apps that can substitue the flash player.

For access to Flash, most Members use an RDP (remote desktop protocol) program to access their PC remotely from their iPad. The favourite is Splashtop - there's a free 'limited viewing time' version available, so you can try it without risk.
