Need iPad2 Apps for Japan Travel

I am traveling to Japan soon for business travel. I have been several times before, but I want to use the power of the iPad to make my trip more enjoyable. Can anyone tell me which is the best speech translator for iPad2? I have been comparing Speechtrans and Jibbigo. Also, if anyone can recommend some good subway/train route planning apps, it would be much appreciated.

Try http://www.jorudan.co.jp/english/norikae/ I use it every time i travel in Japan. Dont know of any JP App...
