Ny ideas why my netflix won't play movies?

You'd have to elaborate a little more on that. It could be a buffer issue, it could be a connectivity issue, it could be a request timed out, etc.

To start did you get the Netflix app? These apps often have the built in player/viewer whatever is needed since iPad does not play flash.
