netgear router

Ihave a netgear router # WGR614v9. Will ipad2 work with it, and how much of a range can I expect? I have a two story house with wood floors and walls. Thanks.

It should work just fine. I have a similar, though not identical, router and I have no problem at all. My house, too, is of similar construction to yours and I find the range indoors is about 50 feet. The iPad WiFi sensitivity is far better than the other WiFi devices I've got - for example a Sony Vaio P notebook - so if you have any other wireless devices in your house I'd expect the iPad to be as good if not better.
