New IPAD owner

Hi all, I'm Buddy. Picking up my 1st apple IPAD or product for that matter this afternoon. Been an android homer for quite some time. The rest of the family has the Iphone 4s, but I've been resisting. We'll see if this wins me over. I'm sure I'll have plenty of noob questions to come.
