New iPad user and forum member

Hello, so I now own an iPad 2nd generation, I received it in trade I did a tattoo sleeve for it. Now with that said it
Didn't come with a user manual and from what I am seeing this is just a nook color with better resolution and a bigger screen....I can't figure a few things out which is why I found this forum by mistake while looking for a user guide...haha I can't even figure out how to use iCloud though in settings I did create a new account.....any info on anything would be great...
