New iPad user and member

Hi all,

I have checked and think this is the correct forum to ask for help. I have also searched for an answer but can't see one.

Anyway there's three things I'd like help about;

1 - Can I access my Hotmail 'Junk' folder? (Sometimes mail, the first time from a specific address for example, will go in here here before I have read and said it's ok so even though it's gone in Junk it may well be fine)

2 - How do I send an e-mail to someone in my address book without replying to one of their mails?

3 - How do I complete a blank box, on an application form for example, if the keyboard doesn't automatically appear?

Hope my questions make sense, are in the right place (apologies of not), and can be solved.

Hi there and welcome.

1. In mail touch the mailbox button (top left of screen to access junk, trash, etc.).

2. In mail touch the box with a pen in it (top right of screen) to get a blank mail, start typing their name in the to: box and if they are in the contacts their name should appear in a list for you to touch and select.

3. If the keyboard doesn't appear when you touch the blank box then I've no IAEA, sorry, it's never happened to me!

There is lots of good advice and info on here plus plenty of members all too willing to help with any problems.

Re no.1, I'm OK in getting trash file (in fact it only has inbox & trash folders) but it's the junk file I can't access ...
