New iPad User - Old Mac User!

As I said previously, I have been a Mac User from the start. I also work in IT so I need to play well with the PC too. I am looking for a way to use faceTime to video chat with both a Mac(iPad, etc.) and a PC. Looking for options available?

You can get the FaceTime app for the Mac from the new Mac App Store; but it will not work with anything but iOS and OS X devices.

To include all three (Mac, iPad, PC) you will have to use a third party solution like Skype.
