Hello all, I'm a long time mac user and have finally made the jump and recieved my new iPad 2 in the post a few days ago. So I thought I'd better sign up to see waht it can do.

I usually find I discover one new interesting and useful piece of information about my iPad every day - and often not even what I was looking for!!

It would be better to start a new thread for your question rather than tagging another thread as it's unlikely to attract much attention as part of an existing thread. However, as far as I know, it's not possible to delete music directly off the iPad - this must be done via a sync operation with iTunes.
