I would imagine that they are working on a software patch for their own software to deal with the changes in the iTunes code since the 10.1 update. It's not unusual for third-party applications to get "broken" by updates to the main program they work with, and I would give them a couple of weeks to update their app to be compatible. If you've not heard anything after 2-3 weeks, I'd get in touch and ask what their support plans are for 10.1.
