New member and new ipad user

[Tip toe]

Hi, stumbled upon this forum whilst trying to find a way of transferring photos, in folders, from my pc to the ipad3.
Any help would be appreciated.

My pc is running on Windows sorry for any confusion. I am not interested in syncing just transferring, it's just that my pc seems slowly dying.

You can still sync with a windows computer but some apps can transfer between your pc and iPad too, not sure if they'll do folders though.
