New member help please

Great to be apart of this forum, hungry for new information just got iPad. Can anyone help me please , I cannot access my email account on my iPad, it says it is something to do with cookies but I don't know how to do this on the iPad. BTW I cannot get into my account on my iMac.

Any help appreciated.

If this is what your wondering:
If you want to set up your email
Go to settings
Mail,contacts, callendars
Go to accounts
And click yahoo
It shall be easy from there




(nit sure if this is what you meant but its the best help I can give, hope it helped!

Cookies?

Sounds like you are using webmail. Not all webmail sites will work with iOS devices

But to make sure, go into Settings > Safari and make sure Private Browsing is off and that you accept Cookies from Visited sites.

If it still does not work, go to your provider's support page and see if they have a mobile site you can go to instead. Most of the big mail providers do this, and most of them redirect you automatically.

Or, find out what settings you need to add your account to the iPad and use the Mail app.
