New member - musician

I'm a music teacher (private lessons) and performer mainly on trumpet, and I don't have an iPad yet but I'm leaning very heavily in favor of getting one, so I thought I'd join this forum to learn more about the device and what its strengths and weaknesses are. I've found the MusicReader program for my Windows notebook and bought it knowing it has a free iPad app and I've seen it in action on someone's iPad and it is what tipped me in favor of probably getting an iPad.

I look forward to learning from folks on this forum.
