Impressive resume! I'd hire you, if we did the same kind of work. I joined today as well!
 
Hmmm... Lots of optical sensors here at NASA/GSFC, both Sun-sensing and Earth-sensing, and downlinks in Ka-band, although those are not my specialty (so I may be comparing apples to oranges).

I'd also talk to someone at JPL in Pasadena or Lockheed-Martin Solar and Astrophysics in Palo Alto. But then I may be off-base.
