Hi All
New member looking to enhance my iPad experience. First question:
I have a couple of apps that are showing available updates, but when I try and update I get a message that I can't connect to the iTunes Store. The problem is I can connect to he store for everything else, purchasing new apps or music and downloading it. I have tried all the usual fixes and even reset to factory settings after backing up with iCloud. Any suggestions for the next step?
Second question:
When I did the factory reset and restored from the cloud all of my notes in the Noteshelf app are missing, am I able to get these back or are they gone for good?
