New security 3 question thing

Ok I just received a notification when I was trying to get an app saying that I need to choose and answer 3 questions for a new security measure but I go to select a question and there is nothing to select and I can't go any further or even back I have reset my iPad a couple of times does anyone no how to fix this ?
Please help
