New Technology Coordinator

I am the new technology coordinator at a private K-8 school and we are rolling out our first iPad cart this month. I really want to do this right in hopes that teachers, students, and parents will be motivated to move us to a 1:1 iPad program. I've been the computer teacher (all Mac campus) here for 9 years and have slowly gained knowledge in all things IT. Looking forward to reading posts here and getting some great advice from those who have traveled this road before me.
