So after many years of using Android for everything including a Nexus 7 tablet, I've finally got myself an iPad2. I've updated it to iOS7 already and haven't had many issues yet. Points I'd note are:
1. Logically, it's not as joined up as the Nexus. As a mainly Google user, the Nexus takes my password once and then tends to just deal with it whereas each application on the iPad has, understandably, to be told my Google credentials. It isn't a deal breaker and it's only once for each application.
2. I use Flixter quite a bit but I've noticed that the wifi download of a film keeps pausing and I have to re-start it. I'm still looking for the solution to this.
Looking forward to a happy life with the iPad.
