New to Apple

Hello all,

I'm new to the whole apple ipad scene. I have been put in charge of handling and troubleshooting well over 100 ipads in the district where I just started so you may see me on the forums quite a bit.

Nice to be here, looking forward to many days of facepalming looking for answers.
