New to forum

Hey everyone, I am new to the forum and looking for some help. My husband and I both have ipad2's. He is currently stationed in Afghanistan. I was able to upgrade my iPad but he wasn't. I was able to email him video clips before
the upgrade
But since the upgrade he isn't able to view the video clips either on his iPad or on a regular computer. Can anyone
help me fix this issue??? Thanks for your help in advance!
