New to iPad and Forums!

Double whammy! I'm reading the iPad 2 User Guide and learning a lot. Still getting used to tapping and swiping. And am I in the right place to ask for help?

Bought my iPad 2 at Walmart and got a free VUDU movie. When I tried watching it last night, the volume was so low I had to use earphones to hear it. And I paused it to get something to drink. When I came back the screen was black. When I turned it back on, the movie started over at the beginning. I just dragged my finger along the play bar (or whatever you call it) to where I left off, but I think you're supposed to be able to back up or jump ahead by "chapters.' Can anyone help me with navigating in VUDU?

I had never heard of Vudu until now, but if you go into your Settings then Video you will see a setting, which gives the choice of Watch from Beginning or Where you left of. I hope that this corrects it, let us know.

Hey, thank you for the welcome and the suggestion. I didn't find anything helpful at all. And the VUDU website doesn't have much info on iPads at all. Guess I'll have to try getting them on the phone tomorrow (arghhh!).

I am surprised that leelai's suggestion did not work for you either. That is weird.
