New To iPad

All,

I am a Droid/Windows (though my wife has a MacBook, iPad3, and iPhone4s) user and I have been tasked with testing both iPads and other tablets against my companies products. Well needless to say that I have run into some issues that Dr. Google has not provided me the best of answers to. And...so...here I am.
