hello I am yajul and am new to this.
I updated the new software and the news app and wallet app did not download.
It worked on my iPhone but not on my IPad Air 2.

The wallet app is not available on the iPad. It is for the iPhone and iPod touch only.
What region is your iPad set to. The news app is available in the U. S. Only at this time.

Thanks, my i phone and i pad, aré set for the US right now, In a.onth or so I'll be in Europe.do I have to change the settings every time I change continents?
The IPhone has the wallet and news.

You don't have to change your region when you travel. I mentioned region settings because some members from outside the U.S. Have been able to get the news app by changing their region to the United States.

I am a i bit confused as my daughter and I upgraded the system software at the same time. She has the news and wallet App on both the iPad Air 2 and he iPhone 6.
Wish there was a way to reload the software.
I have attached picture of both.
