New User as of today

Hi everyone,

I live in Englewood, FL and West Wildwood, NJ. Have had an iphone 4S for two years as well as a Toshiba Windows 8 laptop and a Chromebook. Thought I'd expand my Apple horizons so purchased an ipad Air, 16 G a few days ago.

So far, I'm impressed but a tad disappointed or confused. Puzzled why the ipad and iphone do things differently but I guess I'll get there.

I wonder why when registering on this forum that the forum chose a different version of my user name and seems that I have to live with it. Not a big problem but never had that happen before.

No more complaining for now but will read all the posts closely and will post my own questions as they arise. Thanks for listening.

You don't have to live with the user name you currently have. If you want a different user name, you can send a PM to any member of the moderation staff or contact the forum administration directly by using the contact us link at the bottom of any forum page in the website view.

That's very unusual with your Username, maybe autocorrect did it's thing without you noticing.....if you would like a name change, just pm me with your new name and I will see to the change.....
