Hi. I just go an ipad2 but it was delivered to a relative's home so I don't actually have it yet. It's probably a silly investment for me since I don't play many games (except word games) because playing anything like Angry Birds for too long really messes up my shoulder. My daughter, who of course does computer stuff for a living, said she didn't think I'd get much use out it that I don't already do better with my macbook. BUT - I want one because they are SO COOL. Label me the ultimate consumer and also a bit of a (technologically uneducated/witless) gadget lover. It's small, it's sexy, it travels well. So I hope to enjoy it and not feel like an utter fool once I get my hands on it. As it is, my knowledge about my laptop is embarrassingly limited and I could do things much more quickly if I could remeber the shortcuts.

So I am sure I will have a lot of questions once I have it, thus I have joined your site to find answers.

I think that you will use your ipad more that your daughter thinks you will. It is a great device and hard to put down!!
