Hello iPad Forum.

I am a new user from Coventry in the UK and have just purchased my first iPad 2 whilst i was on holiday in the USA. I also bought several accessories, leather case, docking station and camera connection kit.

The main use for my device will be web browsing although I will use it for watching videos whilst traveling and for saving pictures from my Canon DSLR.

I recently downloaded two films from iTunes and have watched them on my TV, connecting the iPad through Apple TV. This is a great device.

I previously owned an iPod Touch which was excellent but the increased screen size on the iPad is very useful.

I look forward to being an active member here and hope to learn many new tricks from you guys out there.

FaceTime will be my first learning project.

Good to hear from you. You’ll find a whole bunch of iPad enthusiasts in this Forum who are only too willing to help other iPad owners and to hear of their experiences. Don’t be afraid to post any questions you may have or use the ‘Search’ button near the top of the Forum web page. I usually find I discover one new interesting and useful piece of information about my iPad every day - and often not even what I was looking for!!
