Newbee with a problem

Hi all,

I'm new to the site and to the world of iPads. I'm signed up to this forum to post about a recent problem I've been having with my new iPad air, but as per forum rules I am not able to link a youtube video of my problem without 3 previous posts.

So here is number 1.

Can't you describe it in words? You'll get more posts more quickly and maybe even a solution without a YouTube. Some of the folks here are pretty bright.
