Newbie here! How do I sync the calendar on my new ipad with my mac's calendar?

Hello,
Is the iPad set up for use? Open iTunes, then connect the iPad to the Mac, then down the left column look for your iPad and click on it. Then in the bottom right corner you should see a button that says "Sync". Click that.
Also, you can set up your iTunes account to automatically sync the iPad each time you connect it to the Mac.
