Newbie needing advice

HI Guys,
I am new to this forum and having just bought an Ipad2 will be here on a regular basis from today

Can someone please advise on the following

I have just purchased and IPAD2 , I have downloaed the latest version of itunes from the itunes website but i keep getting the following message

"itunes cannot process your request at this time please try later"

I have spent the last 3 hours on the support section and checked / carried out all the actions they reccomend but I am still getting the same mesage

can any of you geniuses please help

With regards to your question, I'm thinking that ITunes is being inundated with others trying to do the same thing. There have been many many iPads sold recently, just give it some time.

The IPad Forum is a community of members from all walks of life and from all over the world coming together to share our experiences and to help each other learn about this wonderful piece of technology the Ipad. There is a wealth of information already here in the many threads we have so doing some searches will answer most of the questions you have. If then you cannot find the answer you are seeking then by all means post your question. There are many friendly and informed members here only too willing to help you.
