Hi everybody, my name is Liz I'm 42 yrs.old and I have the first iPad have had it for ~ 3 yrs+ we have a love hate
relationship mainly because I am not a Mac person so I don't really know much about how it really works. I've
picked up some helpful things from my 13 yr neighbor and my 15 yr son. I don't do a back up often because I get
nervous I am never really sure if it's done right or what it's really saving or where. My son has an itouch with his own account some how both of our back ups get combined music and apps. The major thing that has me really
frustrated is that I was wanting to jailbreak it I did what I was suppose to do back up in iTunes a few days
before went to jailbreak using redsnow followed instructions and somehow it went into restore mode factory setting...looked to see if everything was there....my calendar information was gone apparently it wasn't set to back up my
calendar. I had some else whom was Mac savvy help tried to retrieve my back up that was done a few days prior
that's how I
found out my calendar wasn't set to back up does anybody know how I might be able to get that back? I know with
PC nothing is really gone if you did a back up it backs up EVERYTHING not just certain things. My headache logs are
in there and I need them....HELP!!!

Good to hear from you. You’ll find a whole bunch of iPad enthusiasts in this Forum who are only too willing to help other iPad owners and to hear of their experiences. I usually find I discover one new interesting and useful piece of information about my iPad every day - and often not even what I was looking for!!
