I like Android a lot, but prefer the iPad for many things.

This forum attracts me as I am very frustrated by not being able to access the iPad's file structure, by being limited to iTunes, and by the Apple culture generally.

I have avoided Apple products since the middle 80's for various reasons. The iPad is my first Apple purchase. I must say that it is a very impressive product, both as hardware and for its operating system (subject to my objections as to secrecy, etc.)
