No sound on latest 64 gig iPad

Hi All,

First time on the forum. Bought the latest iPad but it has no sound when playing videos etc, please assist if possible?

Hi and welcome to the Forum!

Some videos you play will have very low sound which is hard to hear and I'm afraid you will need to get some type of external speaker for these to improve the sound level......also check your sound control which is found by way of doing the 4 finger upswipe or by double pressing the home button which will reveal your multi task bar along the bottom, swipe right and you will find a sound control here. I hope this helps.
