Non flash videos

Ok I did search so please forgive if this is a repetitive question.

I have halfway come to grips that the IPad doesn't support
Flash videos (even tho I hold out hope for an app that works or Apple will make make it happen in the near future).

So, my question is, what are my alternatives?

Use Iswifter browser .u can buy it in apps.its o.k flash will work but can be a wee bit fuzzy
